Dreamwork and Connections

I am going to get a slight bit more esoteric with this section. I still do not know exactly in what direction I am taking it but I do want to incorporate what I have experienced in my life, liminal space and dreams. I may eventually make this section the foundational home for my other projects that I have been working on.

Dreamwork has become very important to me, not just esoterically. I used to always remember snip its of three specific dreams that gave me deja vu of certain places I’ve visited. Even then I never really gave it that much attention until recently. Dreamwork has been one of the most beautiful experiences in my journey. I took more value from dreams when I saw my spouse experience sleep paralysis. When I couldn't wait to go to sleep, he was afraid. I soon realized how sleep is made up of about a third of our 24 hr day. When we read books, we feel like we are transported into another world. Dreams have also taken me to so many places that have felt so real. There are dreams where I can still feel the water, the rain, the exhilaration, the joy. Dreams have taken me to places that feel as real as the ones I’ve physically seen. Places I visited in real life have the same fading memory feeling as the places I saw in past years. If you are someone who cannot remember your dreams, or unfortunately do not have pleasant ones, I hope I can provide some kind of guidance for positive dreamwork.
